جَواہرُ الْکَلام فی شَرْحِ شَرائعِ الْاسْلام یا جواہر الکلام ایک فقہی کتاب ہے۔ جسے تیرہویں صدی ہجری کے بزرگ شیعہ فقیہ محمد حسن نجفی، صاحب جواہر (متوفی 1266 ھ) نے تحریر کی ہیں۔ یہ کتاب محقق حلّی (متوفی 676 ھ) کی کتاب شرائع الاسلام کی ایک مبسوط شرح ہے۔ تمام فقہی ابواب پر مشتمل ہونا، تحلیلی اور استدلالی ہونا، ہر مسئلے میں مختلف نظریات پیش کرنا اور سلیس ادبیات اس کتاب کی خصوصیات میں سے ہیں۔ جواہر الکلام کے کئی شرحیں، اقتباسات اور حاشیے ہیں۔اقاضی کے لئے اجتہاد کا لازمی نہ ہونا، مرد کے لئے عورت کی آواز سننا جائز ہونا (مشہور نظریہ کے برخلاف)، معاملات میں معاطات کافی نہ ہونا اور حاکم شرع کے اختیارات کا دائرہ وسیع ہونا اس کتاب میں مؤلف کے بعض اہم نظریات میں سے ہیں۔
