الإمام الكاظم (عليه السَّلام):
لا تُعَوِّدْ عَينَيكَ كَثرَةَ النَّومِ؛ فإنّها أقَلُّ شَي ءٍ في الجَسَدِ شُكرا.
N habitue pas tes yeux à donnir excessivement, car c est l organe le moins reconnaissant du COrpS.
