Imam Muhammad al-Baqir (as):
Verily Allah, Mighty and Exalted, has chosen from among his creation people for undertaking kind acts, endearing to them their performance, such that He refers to them the needs of those who seek favors, and has made it easy for them to fulfil their needs just like the rain when it quenches the thirst of a dry land.

Imam Ja‘far al-Ṣadiq (as):
A believer is the brother of another believer, like a single body. If a single limb ails then the rest of the body suffers as well; and their souls are also made of one soul. Verily a believer's soul is more connected to the soul of Allah than the rays are to the sun.
