Hadiths Of Helping the Oppressora

الإمام جعفر الصادق (عليه السَّلام ):

مَن عَذَرَ ظالِما بظُلمِهِ سَلَّطَ اللّهُ علَيهِ مَن يَظلِمُهُ، فإن دَعا لَم يُستَجَبْ لَهُ ، و لَم يَأجُرْهُ اللّهُ على ظُلامَتِهِ .

Imam Ja‘far al-Ṣadiq (as):

He who makes up an excuse for an oppressor in his oppression, Allah will give reign over him to someone who will wrong him, and if he prays to Allah, it will not be answered, and Allah will not give him any reward for enduring oppression.

إنَّ الأمرَ بِالمَعروفِ و النَّهيَ عَنِ المُنكَرِ سَبيلُ الأنبياءِ ، و مِنهاجُ الصُّلَحاءِ ، فريضَةٌ عَظيمَةٌ بِها تُقامُ الفَرائضُ ، و تَأمَنُ المَذاهِبُ ، و تَحِلُّ المَكاسِبُ ، و تُرَدُّ المَظالِمُ ، و تَعمُرُ الأرضُ ، و يُنتَصَفُ مِنَ الأعداءِ ، و يَستَقيمُ الأمرُ .

:

Verily the enjoinment of good and the prohibition of wrong is the practice of the prophets, the way of the righteous, a great obligation on which all other obligations are founded and by which ideologies are secured, earnings are made lawful, iniquities are redressed, the earth flourishes, revenge is taken from enemies and all affairs are set right.

عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ بْنِ خَالِدٍ، عَنْ أَبِي جَعْفَرٍ عليه السلام، قَالَ: قَالَ أَبُو جَعْفَرٍ عليه السلام: يَا سُلَيْمَانُ، أَ تَدْرِي‏ مَنِ الْمُسْلِمُ؟ قُلْتُ: جُعِلْتُ فِدَاكَ، أَنْتَ أَعْلَمُ، قَالَ: الْمُسْلِمُ مَنْ سَلِمَ الْمُسْلِمُونَ مِنْ لِسَانِهِ وَ يَدِهِ.

Imam al-Kazim (as):

Imam al-Sadiq (as) said, 'O Solayman, do you know who a Muslim is?' I replied, 'May I be your ransom, you know better.' The Imam (as) said, 'A Muslim is one from whose hand and tongue people feel safe.'

طُوبَى لِمَنْ كَانَ لَهُ مِنْ نَفْسِهِ شُغُلٌ شَاغِلٌ وَ النَّاسُ مِنْهُ فِي رَاحَةٍ وَ عَمِلَ بِطَاعَةِ اللَّهِ سُبْحَانَهُ.

Imam Ali (as):

Blessed be the one whose own self is enough to preoccupy him, who people are at ease when with him [feeling safe from him] and who observes obedience to his Lord, glory be to Him.

You should be at the time of trouble like a baby camel, neither can it be mounted [and overcome as a result], nor can it be milked [and taken advantage of].

المؤمنونَ إخْوَةٌ، تَتَكافى دِماؤهُم، وَ هُمْ يَدٌ على مَن سِواهُم، يَسْعى بذِمّتِهم أدناهُم.

The Prophet Muhammad (S):

The believers are brothers, their blood is coequal, and they are one hand against others, the most inferior among them is empowered by them to give [to the enemy] protection.
