رسول الله (صلی الله علیه و آله):
مَنْ قَلَّ طُعْمُهُ صَحَّ بَطْنُهُ وَصَفَا قَلْبُهُ، وَمَنْ كَثُرَ طُعْمُهُ سَقُمَ بَطْنُهُ وقَسَا قَلْبُهُ.
Celui qui mange peu aura un estomac sain et un cœur purifié; par contre, celui qui mange beaucoup souffrira de l estomac et son cœur s endurcira.
