Tafṣīl wasāʾil al-shīʿa ilā taḥṣīl masāʾil al-sharīʿa (Arabic:تفصیلُ وَسائل الشیعة إلی تَحصیلِ مسائل الشّریعة) reputably known as: Wasāʾil al-shīʿa (وسائل الشیعة) is a Shi'a Hadith collection, compiled by al-Shaykh al-Hurr al-'Amili (d.1104/1693). It consists of Shi'a narrative traditions from early Shi'a hadith collections like The Four Books and other sources, pertaining exclusively to jurisprudential matters.

محمد بن حسن بن علی بن محمد بن حسین (1033-1104 ھ) شیخ حر عاملی کے نام سے معروف گیارھویں صدی کے شیعہ امامیہ، محدث، فقیہ اور وسائل الشیعہ کے مؤلف ہیں۔ وہ اخباری مسلک تھے اور کتب اربعہ کی تمام احادیث کی صحت کے قائل تھے۔ اس نکتۂ نظر کی تائید میں انہوں نے وسائل الشیعہ کے آخر میں 20 کے قریب دلائل ذکر کئے ہیں۔ آپ کے مطابق احکام شرعی میں جب تک یقین حاصل کرنا ممکن ہو ظن پر عمل نہیں کیا جا سکتا۔ وہ صاحب وسائل کے نام سے بھی مشہور ہیں۔
