عن عبداللّهِ بن الحارِثِ: مارَأيتُ أحَدا أكثَرَ تَبَسُّما مِن رسولِ اللّهِ صلى الله عليه و آله.

I have never seen someone more smiling than the Messenger of Allah (s).

RELATED HADITH

القُلوبُ ما لم تَخرِقْها الشَّهَواتُ ويُدَنِّسْها الطَّمَعُ ويُقْسِها النَّعيمُ فَسوفَ تَكونُ أوعيَةً للحِكمَةِ.

As long as the hearts are not punctured with desires and polluted with greed and hardened by bounties, they will be vessels of wisdom.

أَوْحَى اَللَّهُ تَعَالَى إِلَى عِيسَى إِذَا أَنْعَمْتُ عَلَيْكَ بِنِعْمَةٍ فَاسْتَقْبِلْهَا بِالاِسْتِكَانَةِ أُتْمِمْهَا عَلَيْكَ.

Allah Almighty revealed to Jesus, “If I bestow a blessing upon you, receive it with humility, and I will perfect it for you.”

كَما تَواضَعُونَ كَذلِكَ تُرفَعُونَ

As you humble yourselves, so shall you be elevated.

لَيْسَ حُسْنُ الْجِوَارِ كَفَّ الْأَذى‏، وَ لكِنَّ حُسْنَ الْجِوَارِ صَبْرُكَ‏ عَلَى الْأَذى‏.

Neighbourliness is not only to desist from annoying [one's neighbour], but also to forbear annoyance [from him].

لا تَنظُروا إلى أموالِ أهلِ الدُّنيا ؛ فإنّ بَرِيقَ أموالِهِم يَذهَبُ بنُورِ إيمانِكُم

Jesus (RBUH) said: Do not gaze at the possessions of worldly people, for the glitter of their riches will take away the light of your faith....

مامِن أحَدٍ يَموتُ مِن المؤمنينَ أحَبَ ‏إلى إبليسَ مِن مَوتِ فَقيهٍ.

No believer's death is more rejoiced at by Satan than the death of a jurist.
