الإمام علي (عليه السَّلام):
إيّاكَ وَ الجَزَعَ؛ فإنّهُ يَقْطَعُ الأملَ، وَ يُضْعِفُ العملَ، وَ يُورِثُ الهَمَّ. وَ اعلَمْ أنَّ المَخْرَجَ في أمرَينِ: ما كانتْ فيهِ حِيلَةٌ فالاحْتِيالُ، وَ ما لَم تكُنْ فيهِ حِيلةٌ فالاصْطِبارُ.
你们不要焦虑，因为它会割断希望、削弱意志、产生忧郁。须知，（当遭遇灾难时）只有两条路子，若有办法，就想法解决；若没有办法，就忍耐。
