الإمام السّجاد (عليه السَّلام):
ابْنَ آدَمَ، إِنَّكَ لَا تَزَالُ بِخَيْرٍ مَا كَانَ لَكَ وَاعِظٌ مِنْ نَفْسِكَ، وَمَا كَانَتِ الْمُحَاسَبَةُ مِنْ هَمِّكَ، وَمَا كَانَ الْخَوْفُ لَكَ شِعَاراً وَالْحَذَرُ لَكَ دِثَاراً.
¡Oh hijo de Adán! Seguirás siendo bueno mientras tengas un consejero dentro de ti, siempre y cuando prestes atención al autoexamen, y en la medida en que el miedo es vuestra ropa interior, vuestra cautela es vuestra vestidura.

Al-Ḥasan b. ʿAlī b. al-Ḥusayn b. Shuʿba al-Ḥarrānī (Arabic: الحسن بن علی بن الحسین بن شعبه الحرَّانی) is a Shi'i hadith compiler. His major work on hadith is Tuhaf al-'uqul. There are two works attributed to al-Harrani; al-Tamhis and Tuhaf al-'uqul fi ma ja' min al-hikam wa l-mawa'iz min Al al-Rasul.
