الإمام علي (عليه السَّلام):
مَن أكَلَ الطَّعامَ عَلَى النَّقاءِ، وأجادَ الطَّعامَ تَمَضُّغا، وتَرَكَ الطَّعامَ وهُوَ يَشتَهيهِ، ولَم يَحبِسِ الغائِطَ إذا أتى؛ لَم يَمرَض إلّا مَرَضَ المَوتِ.
Celui qui mange de la nourriture en ayant faim, qui mastique bien la nourriture, qui arrête de manger lorsqu il a encore faim, et qui ne se retient pas d aller à la selle quand le besoin s en fait ressentir ne sera atteint par aucune maladie sauf celle de la mort.

Abū Naṣr al-Ḥasan b. al-Faḍl al-Ṭabrisī (Arabic: ابو نصر الحسن بن الفضل الطبرسي) titled as Radi al-Din was among Imamiya hadith scholars of 6th/12th century. He was the son of al-Fadl b. al-Hasan al-Tabrisi the author of Majma' al-bayan. He was among the scholars of al-Tabrisi family and some works are attributed to him, the most famous among which is Makarim al-akhlaq.
