الإمام الحسن (عليه السَّلام):
لا يَنبغي لِمَن عَرَفَ عَظَمَةَ اللّهِ أن يَتَعاظَمَ، فإنّ رِفعَةَ الذينَ يَعلَمونَ عَظَمَةَ اللّهِ أن يَتَواضَعُوا، و (عِزَّ) الذينَ يَعرِفُونَ ما جَلالُ اللّهِ أن يَتَذَلَّلُوا (لَهُ).
No es apropiado que el que conoce la majestuosidad de Dios sea arrogante, porque la sublimidad de aquellos que conocen la majestuosidad de Dios es que se vuelven humildes, y [el honor de] aquellos que conocen la majestuosidad de Dios es que se humillan a sí mismos ante Él.

Al-Ḥasan b. ʿAlī b. al-Ḥusayn b. Shuʿba al-Ḥarrānī (Arabic: الحسن بن علی بن الحسین بن شعبه الحرَّانی) is a Shi'i hadith compiler. His major work on hadith is Tuhaf al-'uqul. There are two works attributed to al-Harrani; al-Tamhis and Tuhaf al-'uqul fi ma ja' min al-hikam wa l-mawa'iz min Al al-Rasul.
