رسول الله (صلی الله علیه و آله):
المُنافِقُ مَن إذا وَعَدَ أخلَفَ، وإذا فَعَلَ أفشى ، وإذا قالَ كَذَبَ، وإذا ائتُمِنَ خانَ، وإذا رُزِقَ طاشَ، وإذا مُنِعَ عاشَ.
L hypocrite est celui qui, lorsqu il promet, manque à sa promesse; lorsqu il fait une [bonne] action, la met en avant [pour s en vanter] ; lorsqu il parle, ment; lorsqu une chose lui est confiée, trahit; lorsqu il est pourvu de subsistance, gaspille; et lorsqu il est démuni, a recours à des manigance
